The Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan document states that the Council will not demolish structures, or relocate citizens due to this grant without certain steps being taken. This proposed $45,668.00 CDBG-REAP grant uses an already awarded State REAP Grant for its match and has to be used for the same purpose as the State Grant: to pay for drainage improvements along Main St. between E. 3rd St and E. 5th St. in Arcadia, Oklahoma.   Requested by Ray Vaughn, County Commissioner, District No. 3.
